All paid installments are non-refundable unless otherwise communicated in writing at the time of booking.
Deposits will be fully refunded if the course does not take place.
Injury Exception
If a coach is unable to participate due to a serious injury, they must notify us as soon as possible. Any request for a refund under this exception will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a partial refund may be granted at our sole discretion where possible.
Refund requests based on injury will only be considered upon submission of an official doctor’s note or medical certificate issued by a licensed physician. Without such documentation, no refund request will be considered.
